How do I get a Membership pass and what does it give me?

MEMBERSHIPS CLOSE WEDNESDAY 4.30pm, PICKUP THURSDAY.

Membership passes can be applied for and paid online then passes will be available for pickup at the Show office, Greater Sports Ground, Black Street, Esperance - 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  Alternatively attend the Show office and your membership application will be completed for you.

Membership includes discounted admission to the Show Friday and Saturday, car parking on the Show ground in designated parking area accessed through Brazier St gate and discounted competition entry fees.

 

Where can I get a show Schedule?

Show schedules will be available from the beginning of August and will be available from The Boulevard, Newsagents, Pink Lake IGA, or the show office. It will also be available online.

When and where do I get my exhibitor tickets to attach to my entries?

Exhibitor tickets can be picked up from the Show office from Monday before the show.  Office is open from 9.30pm to 4.30pm each day.

When do I bring my exhibits to the show?

**Have you filled out your paperwork? If not please visit www.esperanceshow.com.au and chose competitions.**

Entries close Friday 13th October 2023.

Indoor exhibits, except Art and Photography, exhibits will be received between 3.30pm and 6.00pm Wednesday 18th October 2023 and between 7am and 12 noon Thursday 19th October 2023.

Art and Photography can be presented at the hall from Monday 16th October 2023 to Wednesday 18th October 2023.  Art to be benched by 4pm and Photography by 6pm Wednesday evening, 18th October.

ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THURSDAY 19th OCTOBER 2023.

Will there be an ATM on the show grounds?

No we don't have an ATM machine on the grounds. THe cloest ATMs are in the town centre.

How much is it to come to the show?

ADULTS

FRIDAY: $20

SATURDAY $20

Pensioners (Aged/Invalid Card Holders)

Friday $8.00

Saturday $8.00

School Aged Children

Friday $5.00

Saturday $5.00

(High school aged children will need to show their school ID)

 

 

Can I bring my dog to the Show

Unless your dog is a certified Guide or companion dog, there are to be no dogs on the show grounds

Show Opening Hours

Friday: Gates open at 9am, Fireworks at 8pm and closes late

Saturday: Gates open at 9am until 5:00pm

Where can I park?

Parking on grounds is only available to members. (To buy a membership please click here)

Parking outside the grounds is available on Brazier, Black and Jane street and parts of Harbour Road

In a new initiative we have parking for $5 per day off Jane street!

Do you have Disabled Parking?

*Acrod passes are available through the office. There are limited spaces, and first in best dressed, is our policy. Please contact the office for a pass. 

*You must show your acrod pass at time of booking

What Free Entertainment is available?

TROPPO MAGIC;

All the way from NSW, will be joining forces with the Esperance Show to bring you a magical experience! It's even going to include a FLEA CIRCUS!

What is an Ultranormalist? A unique title which attempts to describe Troppo Bob, who is anything but normal; a world class comedy magical entertainer who combines a unique group of entertainment skills including magic, illusions, comedy, mind reading, juggling, puppetry, ventriloquism and live animal productions.

The result is amazing, mystifying and really funny!

PERTH REPTILE COMPANY...

Come and hold a snake... Perth Reptile Company provides educational reptile displays for people of all ages. Our reptile displays are the perfect mix of entertainment and education.  We provide a variety of live reptiles (non-venomous) including snakes and lizards. 

Your guests can hold a variety of snakes and lizards.  We even have one of Australia's most iconic reptiles - a Frilled Necked Lizard (his name is Buck and he even has his own Instagram page @where_the_buck_are_ya). 

As part of our display we provide information on each reptile on display so customers/guests can learn about each animal even if they don't want to touch one.

FLUX ENTERTAINMENT

All the way from QUEENSLAND! 

Flux was born from a mutual love and passion for flow arts, fire and object manipulation, which further developed into a love for pyrotechnics.

Flux performances are very high impact, choreographed productions, and are guaranteed to give you an experience through their art form which excites, inspires and moves you.

FAIRGROUND PRODUCTIONS:

The Fremantle Fairground Assoc. Inc. is an NFP established in 2007 to nurture positive social outcomes through the provision of multi art forms, cultural exchange and education.

The Fairground Production House delivers the objects of the organisation through the production of events, community arts, performance, training, workshops, technicians, artists, producers, directors, actors, voice work, MC's, musicians & bands. They will be bringing performances of The Strawberry Show, Tee Scott Chocolate Show, A space Oddity, The Dreamboat as well as roving, and interacting with kids and adults alike.

FIREWORKS

8pm Firday night at the equestrian oval

BOTTOM OF THE BARREL;

Playing at the shearing shed 5:30pm until 7:30pm

BUSKERS

Listen to buskers supplied by KYZA Presents 

Are Scooters are allowed on the show grounds?

No scooters, hired or privately owned are allowed on the Show Grounds. Mobility aides such as whell chairs, gophers and walkers are welcome.
