Showcasing and celebrating rural Western Australia, the Esperance and Districts Agricultural Society is proud to host the biggest event held in Esperance, annually. Attracting about 12,000 visitors to the two-day event, the Agricultural Show provides a wide exposure for commercial exhibitors.
Exhibitors have everything from sheep, to cattle, machinery, caravans. And inside, there is candles, wines, chocolates honey and so much more… All will find an audience at our event on the South East Coast. The opportunity created for exhibitors is for interactive exchange between customers and manufacturers, producers and purchasers and is worth the drive.
This is the 69th Annual Esperance Show having started in 1952 - it should have been our 70th, however COVID put a stop to the 2020 show.
This year we're please to welcome ABC Gardening Australia's Josh Byrne as our Celebrity Gardener, along with Don Hancey, WA Food Ambassandor as our Celebrity Chef.
This year, thanks to Southern Ports Authority, CBH Group, Ravensthorpe Nickel Mine and Elgas, school children can get into the show free. We ask that kids wear their school uniform and older, secondary aged young adults have their SCHOOL ID ready to show at the gate.
There's plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike with Dinkum Dinosaurs, Fireworks and live music.
We welcome Dr Rob Wilson the chair of the Ag Shows Australia to open the show on Friday at 1:30pm.
A huge thanks to our major sponsors: Southern Ports Authority, Farm and General, FQM Australia Nickle, CBH Group and IGO.
We're a small committee and would welcome and new members who would like to help us celebrate 70 years of holding an agricultural show, next year. Just get in contact with the committee.
