Payment can be made via Credit Card on the website or by Electronic Funds Transfer to the EDAS and all details are supplied on invoices.
All prices published by the EDAS are GST inclusive.
Entries are not included in competition events if not paid in full.
Payments for entries in competition events must be received prior to the competition closing deadline.

Payment for all sites is due no less than 30 days before the Esperance Show - please see Terms and Conditions for more information on late charges and pricing.
EDAS will not hold trade space for unpaid applications.
Paid Applications are allocated sites on a first in, first served systems and businesses who have supported us previously.
EDAS will not refund sites based on dissatisfaction with site allocation.

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase as EDAS does not refund items due to change of mind. However in case of a COVID shutdown we will refund all monies paid to do with the 2021 show, which have already been paid to EDAS.
